The hotel is well located close to many restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and especially the room for clothes was extremely spacey. The hotel had good services and friendly and helpful staff.

The restaurant and bar was good and good prices. Lovey seating areas inside and out.

Rooms are very large, the location is great very close to many nice restaurants and walking distance (about 30 min) to Costanera Mall and Parque Arauco. We had a car, and the garage is covered and very easy to access. Breakfast is good. We ended up needing extra days at the hotel, and even though there were at full capacity, the hotel staff was very nice in helping us find another room.

Well staffed and staff were helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was well maintained and quiet - you couldn’t here anything from adjoining rooms. Breakfast was good. The pool area was like a little oasis - lots of shade and greenery and a small waterfall effect in the pool itself.

The property is clean and with in walking distance from ECLAC My room was large and spacious There was two complimentary bottles of water The breakfast selection was very good The staff were polite and helpful

The room was spacious, with two double beds, one sofa, and a table with four chairs. Also, it had a walk-in closet. The beds were very comfortable with premium lining. The hotel's location was excellent, in a very good neighborhood and near several restaurants and cafes.
