The hotel is well located close to many restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and especially the room for clothes was extremely spacey. The hotel had good services and friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms are very large, the location is great very close to many nice restaurants and walking distance (about 30 min) to Costanera Mall and Parque Arauco. We had a car, and the garage is covered and very easy to access. Breakfast is good. We ended up needing extra days at the hotel, and even though there were at full capacity, the hotel staff was very nice in helping us find another room.

The property is clean and with in walking distance from ECLAC My room was large and spacious There was two complimentary bottles of water The breakfast selection was very good The staff were polite and helpful

The room was spacious, with two double beds, one sofa, and a table with four chairs. Also, it had a walk-in closet. The beds were very comfortable with premium lining. The hotel's location was excellent, in a very good neighborhood and near several restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is in a safe and beautiful area. I am so glad we didn’t book a downtown hotel. It’s scary in the downtown at night. Everything was walk able at this hotel. The rooms are a little dated but safety exceeded our expectations.

Location was very good. near the mall CasaCostanera, many restaurants around, supermarkets, and near all the main sightseens...i like to walk so i did all waking. room was good. breaskfast was food and fair price as its very expensive to have breakfast in chile.

The breakfast had a great variety of food. It was always fresh and there was plenty. Nice way to start the day!
